Instead of posting our biweekly progress updates to our blog, we’ve been posting updates to Flicka’s Twitter account. Check it out for juicy developmental progress updates.
Keep the positive vibes flowing! Believe us, we’re as anxious as you to get this launched.
It’s been a month since we gave you a peek at Flicka via video. Since then, one developer had a baby boy which has significantly cut development time. (Don’t worry, we’re making him work triple-overtime behind locked doors.) We’ve also had company distractions outside of Flicka, most of which have diminished.
Long story short, we’re back in the game. Hold on to your patience (assuming there’s any left) and look for exciting updates soon…
Image mockups of Flicka have been stacking up on our Flickr application page for the past few months and the positive feedback we’ve received from you has been nothing short of brilliant – props! As we draw closer to a beta release, it’s only fair to continue the teasing: a video of us coding in slow motionFlicka running on a phone.
Look for the video to premier on March 26th – we’ll supply the popcorn.
Update: Due to unforeseen schedule conflicts, we’re behind on the video release – we’ll have it to you asap.
Wow, February came and went quickly – like, really quickly.
The majority of February was spent converting designs to Android templates. Now we’re hard at work hammering out random bugs, scribbling out the last few mockups, and getting ourselves ready to make our first Flickr upload via Flicka. (Eeee!)
